Will the custom roof fit any frame?
No, our printed canopy tops are designed specifically for LimeX frames. However, we can custom-manufacture a roof to fit your existing frame if needed.
What is the frame made of, and how strong is it?
Our marquee frames are made from heavy-duty 40mm aluminium with an internal lattice for added strength and stability—perfect for repeated outdoor use.
Is the print full-colour?
Absolutely. We use full-colour dye sublimation printing, which delivers bold, vivid results with scuff-resistant durability.
Can I order a matching table cover?

Can I purchase just the canopy top if I already have a frame?
Yes, you can order a custom canopy top on its own if you already have a LimeX frame.

Can I adjust the height?
Yes, the tent includes telescopic legs with 4 height settings. Simply press the red button on each leg and adjust until you hear it click into place. You can also fine-tune the interior height using the centre crank handle.
How do I take it down?

Press the red buttons on the legs to unlock them.

Lower the legs to the shortest height.

With a second person, lift opposite legs and walk toward each other to collapse the frame.
-
Once semi-collapsed, remove the canopy by detaching the velcro corners.
-
Continue folding until fully enclosed.
What’s the turnaround time?
Production takes around 10 business days after final proof approval. Delivery is an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
